Based on what bennet and fan did, I'm somewhat confused. Are we allowed to change our team between rounds?

Nope, unless stated otherwise, you can't change teams between rounds. And it doesn't state otherwise in this tournament's rules.

You can change the order of your roster, but not the pokes in it.

Sounds good, so this time I'll have to put a lot of thought into my team. I think it was Bennet who didn't care if you changed between rounds as long as you followed the clauses, and it followed the theme of the tournament.
