DS Fat? No The DSi LL

Nintendo posted the next redesign for the DSi on the official Japanese site. The DSi LL! This thing is gigantic! It has a 4.2 Inch screen, a bit thicker than the DSi. When open the DSi LL is as tall as a standard DVD case. I'm not seeing how this thing is portable. It comes in all the colors you hate, Dark Brown, Wine Red, Natural White. Only improvement is battery life 13-17 hours unlike the DSi's 9 to 14 hours. It also has some preinstall apps. Would you buy it or does it seem like a waste of an redesign?

Uh... no. I wouldn't buy it. Seems a waste, especially since it's gigantic.

Don't buy it. If it's as large as a DVD player, they might as well make a friggin Big screen TV.

I don't think it can be considered portable anymore. I will probably never buy a new ds again anyways.

As tall as a DVD case when the DSi XL/LL is open. Its not huge, just big for a portable and the biggest DS.

Its not very portable, I'm going to get it for home use. My normal DSi doesn't even fit in the pockets for most of my pants, the DSi XL/LL isn't going with me anywhere.
