PL-3 Case

Ladies and Gentlemen of the court. The 5000 board is one of the spam boards for WWPL. It is enforced by the 3 post rule. You can not post until there is a 3 posts between yours and your next. Mr.Spaark has broken that rule yet again.

I agree with you pl. I think his posting was at first to help contribute to this site, but then he gained a motive to start spamming.

And the motive if anyone asks, is to be on the top posters list.

Well, I've actually stopped that now as I've gotten past Dominic anyway, but if you file a case against and I'm proven guilty no sweat, I'll just try to kill you at every chance I get.
Some of the posts I said I was wrong or someone else has also broken the rule, but I'm the main focus as I only did this to get ahead of Dominic but hey no sweat, again.
I should also be allowed to double post on my OWN question board where you ask me questions, and I do the double posting to tell people, "Hey, ask me more questions!." It's not like I'm doing it to increase the post count.

Yes, but you do it TOO much. Guilty as charged.

You can't just make up rules for posting as you go along, spaark. We have posting rules here for a reason, and you can't just choose to follow some while neglecting the others.

And if you double post or spam sparingly, then me and the mods will most likely overlook it, but blatantly spamming like a fool will get you post count penalties. So if you don't want to lose your "hard-earned" posts, then follow the rules.

Ruling: Guilty, 10 post count penalty, 10 candy penalty, plus spamming probation (if you're caught breaking posting rules again, it's a 50 post count penalty, then 100, etc)

Just make sure your posts are productive in the future, and Case closed.
