I'm sueing Landon.

Ok, today, I was posting in JPG's Emerald thread. It was all about the discussion, I was helping him with it. Then, the only mod on was Landon, Latios was not on. I refreshed the page, and the post was deleted. Then yesterday, Landon pc'd me and told me I was a good member. I was talking to him about me not spamming, I was putting some thought into my post. He said, "Don't argue with me or i'll ban you!" I wasn't even arguing with him. And then he told me to shutup for no reason today. That concludes my evidence.

First off, I did not say argue or ban, I said flame and ban. I told him to shut up because he was threatening to blackmail me. I told him he had 230 posts this month, and most of them were spam. He told me I could go ahead and delete some. I deleted that on accident, I meant to delete one of the other ones on that thread that he could have put in his first post, so that was an accident. Oh, and I never said that you were a good member, I said you COULD BE a good member if you stopped spamming and flaming.

I'm counter suing MVP for blackmailing, spamming, and making false accusations that he listed above. Not to mention lying on the forums about his records.

Well, we currently have evidence of starkirby lying about records, and he's already been assigned a punishment, so that's neither here nor there.

As far as the current case goes, it looks like a misunderstanding amongst you two. Both without considerable evidence. Starkirby, I'm going to need to see a screenshot of landon saying that to cement your case, if you can't come up with one, it looks like landon will win this case.

I have no further evidence, but I have a witness. Cladstn_ Vampire knows all about Landon telling me to shutup or he will ban me. So I call him to the stand.

Locking a post from deletion is hardly an offense worthy of suing.

Looks like you're case rests on Cladstn and what he has to say. He has one day to make his statement.

Cladstn_Vampire would know nothing about that. Because when I told you flame and ban, he wasn't there, so that isn't possible. And if my memory is being affected by my cold meds, then the only reason I would've told you to shut up or ban would be because you were blackmailing me. And the post I deleted earlier is already reposted, so therefore someone else deleted your post after spacial girl. Nice Try.

Its proof that Landon is trying to make a pure fool out of me. He has no idea that my words that I say to him are the truth, not pure biased lies.
