Gyara is a better lead than T-tar from the pokes you have, if T-tar is in play it makes leftovers useless and since Infernape will take Life orb plus SS damage it will just get a massive dent. Gyara is better IMO and i would stick to that if i were you.

Your team looks pretty rock solid and there's not much i can say about it. Overall i give it a 9/10.

If you do consider Mamoswine in your team then i would suggest a ev spread of this: EVs - 252 Atk / 192 Spe / 64 HP

Gyrados I'm not sure of, I use an offensive one (252attack/252 speed and respective moveset)

Infernape and yanmega look okay as far as i can tell

So does blissey ¬_¬

for your gliscor, maybe try replacing counter with ice fang or t-fang (opionionated statement)

HOWEVER on your electivire, get rid of t-bolt. E-vire is used primarily for physical sweeping and having a special attack makes no sense, especially because of its current nature and EV spread. Get thunderpunch

The one thing that freaks me out is the fact that you have a Weavile that's holding a Lum berry. It should have a Focus Sash.

Not really, Weavile will use that Lum Berry to pull of a SD against something like a Blissey, get T-waved get the boost and proceed to sweep. It is irrelevant to have a Sash anyways, only a lead should have it.

That's a pretty good team Blue, some suggestions will be to give the Crobat leftovers and for the Skarm give an attack such as Brave Bird or Drill Peck instead of Toxic, you would always want a attacking move on a pokemon.

Get rid of Hypnosis on Gengar, you already have it on Crobat, give it another move, replace Wide Lens with Life Orb.

Give it Explosion, another option could be to give it Substitute with Leftovers instead of Life Orb.
