Aqua Tail or Waterfall?

waterfall can make them flinch? since when? ive never ehard about that. if it can waterfall gets big thumbs up from me!

i'm still befuddled by that average stats thing you put up cyro, It dosent really make sense

well in the mathematics for damages (view serebii for it), all damage is done in multiplications. so on average, aqua tail will do slightly more total damage than waterfall

so it's

90 x .9 = 81

and

80 x 1.0 = 80

right?

i did a bit of mathematics and figured out a way easyer way to calculate damage. do: (Attack or Sp.Attack) / (Defence or Sp.Defence) * (Move Power) * 0.22 * (random number from 0.85-1.00). that should be the damage, roughly. also add in the: (Stab) * (Super Effective) * (Crit (x2))

Also, damage modifications from stat improvement (swords dance, etc..) are:
1: 150%
2: 200%
3: 250%
4: 300%
5: 350%
6: 400%

Also, if enemy has boosted defences...
1: 66%
2: 50%
3: 40%
4: 33%
5: 28%
6: 25%

waterfall is better because of the flinch.....im gonna have to change my gyarados...
