Me vs Latios (Rematch)

As I continue to travel on my rugged path, stealing money from travelers and sometimes stealing/selling their pokemon, I come across a bustling city. This is not on my crudely-drawn-with-crayon map. Wondering who could've made this large city, I go straight to city hall. There, in the mayor's desk, I find my largest rival. I challenge him to a match, betting my secret suitcase (which I use in the battle) against his city. If i win, i become the king of hyperland. If he wins, he gets a secret suitcase. WHO WILL WIN THIS EPIC BATTLE?!

Same as always, vote for who you want to win. Although this is a bit different. After voting is over, I will reveal my secret weapon, and open up a new poll that will ask you again who will win this match. There's one thing about the weapon, though. What's inside the suitcase will depend on who wins the match. Vote wisely.
