Hyper vs A tower's base

As I continued walking up the hill, i finally reached the tower and challenged it to a battle. The tower was not very happy about this, and instead told me that i had to battle all three parts of it in separate battles. With each battle won, a part of the tower would become mine, and I would advance on to the next part. The base seems to be the angriest out of the bunch.

I think hyper can take it. He has a water pokemon and the castle is made of stone, rock, so I think he could win easily.
