Breeding tournament?

maybe we should host a breeding/egg tournament, where all pokemon must be 10 or under in level, can be evolved. only banned move is dragon rage. you guys can alter the rules as long as the general concept is kept. what do you think?

actuallly i think this will be a great tourney and i hope this happens

i think levels could be modded a bit to make this as good as possible. maybe a rule would be no moves with base power of more than 100 (100 is allowed). This does not include moves that might increase in power from circumstances (avalanche with 120 damage if hit first)

cyro, shouldnt the move "sonic boom" also be banned?
does 20 damage every time

yes i was thinknig about that but, in all consideration, if pokemon are level 10, and have power 100 moves, they will probably do more than 20 damage I think anyways. Dragon Rage is probably the only 100% accuracy OHKOer.

i don't like it, pokemon at that lv can´t be ev trained and we wuold end up battling with regular pokes with power 100 attacks
